The focus and scope of the Zero Tolerance group is gluten free brewing. Celiac disease and gluten intolerance can sometimes be associated with other autoimmune disorders and food sensitivities/allergies. One of the goals of the Zero Tolerance club is inclusion -- helping people to enjoy brewing and drinking beer with alternative ingredients. In that spirit, this page may help to identify some additional considerations when brewing for people with other food restrictions. It is not meant as an exhaustive list nor is it intended as a standard for gluten free brewing.
